Comments that parties have submitted as part of the environmental review processes conducted in Surface Transportation Board proceedings, as well as some documents issued by the Office of Environmental Analysis (OEA), can be accessed by clicking the docket number for the proceeding in the catalog below.  Note that significant environmental review documents issued by OEA, such as draft and final Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments in proceedings for construction authority, are part of the formal record, which is separate from the environmental comments.  To view the formal record for proceedings, enter the docket number into the Search STB Records tool.
