Welcome to NCEMNA.org!

Welcome to the National Coalition of Ethnic Minority Nurse Associations (NCEMNA) Web site.

Our site provides information about NCEMNA, a national collaboration of ethnic minority nurse associations. The site provides announcements about NCEMNA's unique programs and activities, as well as direct links to each member association's Web site.

NCEMNA is a unified force advocating for equity and justice in nursing and health care for ethnic minority populations.

We give voice to 350,000 ethnic minority nurses and to the lived health experience of a constituency marginalized from mainstream health delivery systems. Visit What is NCEMNA? to learn more about our coalition and the work we do. If you are interested in becoming involved in NCEMNA projects, please fill out the NCEMNA Membership Application (Coming Soon).  Currently NCEMNA is looking for Mentors and Mentees for its 2010 calendar year.  Click to apply for the 2010 NCEMNA Mentee or NCEMNA Mentor  opportunity.  Apply early!
