Two of our offices assess our grantees' operations as a part of our grants oversight responsibilities.

The Office of Program Performance conducts assessments of the quality of grantees' delivery of legal services, and the Office of Compliance and Enforcement conducts assessments of grantees' compliance with statutory, regulatory, fiscal, and other requirements.

Reports are available for assessment visits conducted from January 2008 to the present and are posted after the final report is issued. To search for a report, you may use this search tool, or click on the link below for the state in which the assessed program is located.

Types of Reports

All reports include grantee comments, unless otherwise indicated.

• Program Quality Visit reports, which reflect assessment of program performance guided by the LSC Performance Criteria
• Compliance Review reports
• Case Service Report/Case Management System Review reports
• Follow-Up Review reports
• 1610 Review reports, which reflects an assessment of grantee compliance with the regulation governing grantees' use of non-LSC funds, transfers of LSC funds, and program integrity
