Fannie Mae Board Committees
The Fannie Mae Board of Directors serves on behalf of our Conservator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and exercises authority under its direction. In accordance with the Company's Bylaws, our Board of Directors has appointed six standing committees to oversee critical business, risk, and audit functions.
