PCIT

The Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking (PCIT) system tracks the inspection of agricultural commodities and certifies compliance with plant health standards of importing countries. This capability provides USDA/APHIS/PPQ better security, reporting functions, and monitoring capabilities for exported commodities.

Access to the PCIT system is available nationwide. However, not all locations are currently using the system. Please check with local phytosanitary authorities before submitting applications through the PCIT system. eAuthentication User ID and Password contact information

Passwords : If you are experiencing problems logging in or changing your eAuthentication password please contact the APHIS eAuthentication Help Desk at 1-866-794-2827 (919) 855-7888, international). They can reset your password and provide other assistance.

Important: Contact the APHIS eAuthentication Help Desk before your third failed log-on attempt. Otherwise, you will need to wait 1 hour before the password can be reset.
