2021

Full Sets of Rate Charts

Eligible tribal employees who enroll in the FEHB Program will be covered as long as 1) the tribe or tribal organization is carrying out a program under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA), or the urban Indian organization is performing functions pursuant to Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA); and (2) premiums are paid during the period of employment with the participating tribal employer.

Tribal employers provide payroll deduction services for their tribal employees and ensure that the full amount of the premium is available to the paymaster when withdrawal is made from the bank account designated by the Tribal employer. Premiums are paid to the FEHB trust fund held at the Department of Treasury.

"Disclaimer: In some cases, the enrollee share of premiums for the Self Plus One enrollment type will be higher than the Self and Family enrollment type. Enrollees who wish to cover one eligible family member are free to elect either the Self and Family or Self Plus One enrollment type. Check premiums on our website at www.opm.gov/fehbpremiums.
