We have been helping companies to be more successful in global trade for about 35 years. Our experienced staff, global connections, export development programs, and customized trade services provide many opportunities for companies to grow their international sales with confidence. We also develop and manage export development programs and activities for cities, counties, regions, and states. Our work is focused on developing the support network required for companies to export with confidence and encouraging companies to become more proactive in international trade.

For Companies

We work with individual companies to provide them with international trade services. Each project and relationship is designed to fit the individual needs of the company we're serving. Our goal is to provide global trade services that reduce the difficulties and barriers companies face and help them achieve their international potential. We help companies to identify top markets, develop entry strategies, make global connections, overcome compliance issues, navigate trade policy to their advantage and more.

For Communities

We currently work with several economic development organizations and government institutions to promote and facilitate exports across the state. Brookings Institute selected Wichita early on as part of the Global Cities Initiative primarily through the influence and efforts of Kansas Global. We have developed and managed the Wichita area export plan since its creation over four years ago. With an estimated investment of just over $1 million, in just four years the export plan has resulted in $30 million of new confirmed international sales for companies in the region.

In 2017, we were one of 11 companies to receive the President’s “e” Award for our global trade services. This is the highest recognition any U.S. trade service provider can receive for making a significant contribution to the expansion of U.S. exports.

Kansas Global has demonstrated significant contributions to an increase in U.S. exports. The "E" Awards committee was very impressed with Kansas Global's management of the Wichita-South Regional Export Plan and the organization's market research studies and reports that are customized for Kansas exporters and help them grow internationally. Kansas Global's achievements have undoubtedly contributed to national export expansion efforts that support the U.S. economy and create American jobs.
