Tim Lowden is Program Manager for the Digital Analytics Program (DAP) in the Technology Transformation Service at GSA. He holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Buffalo, an M.A. in Global Communication from the George Washington University, and is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Morocco.
