When you subscribe to the NDA newsletter, you may be sending us personal information (e.g., name, address, e-mail address) subject to an official Freedom of Information Act request. Unless otherwise required by statute, NDA does not publicly identify those who subscribe to our newsletter.

If you send us any other information:

With the goal of providing better service to our users, some of our sites may include questionnaires, feedback forms, or other means to determine a visitor's interests. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you chose to provide such information to us.
