Data from two Human Connectome Lifespan Studies: HCP-Aging (HCP-A, ages 36-100+) and HCP Development (HCP-D, ages 5-21) and one Connectomes Related to Human Disease Project HCP-Early Psychosis (HCP-EP) are now available. Click the 1.0 Releases button to access prepackaged data via Option One or to make a custom data package via Option Two in the Query Tool.

Lifespan HCP Release 1.0 includes unprocessed structural MRI, resting state fMRI, task fMRI, and diffusion MRI data for 600+ subjects each from HCP-A and HCP-D and minimally preprocessed structural MRI data for 129 HCP-A and 84 HCP-D subjects, respectively, plus basic age, race/ethnicity, and handedness demographic data. Users can download shared data packages of the full release (HCPA and HCPD) or use modality/processing level filters to create a custom data package. Because some subjects in these studies are related, unrelated subject filters are available under each modality/processing level (click on arrows to see unrelated option).

The HCP-Early Psychosis (HCP-EP) Release 1.0 includes unprocessed structural MRI, resting state fMRI, and diffusion MRI data (n=183) and minimally preprocessed structural MRI data for 169 subjects, plus available demographic and behavioral data for released subjects. This is offered as a single shared data package or can be filtered on to create a custom data package.
