- Files must contain no measures (such as digital rights management or encryption) that control access to or prevent use of the deposited items
How to send
Reports and textual materials
- Emails sent to NTLDigitalSubmissions@dot.gov
- CD, DVD, or removable media (to set up shipment, e-mail Mary Moulton)
- FTP, SFTP, or file transfer methods (to set up transfer, e-mail NTLDigitalSubmissions@dot.gov)

What happens next
- All deposited items are assessed for inclusion in the NTL repository consistent with the NTL Digital Curation and NTL Collection Development and Maintenance Policies
- Items added to the collection will be cataloged, then made publicly available unless subject to the Public Access embargo; if you have concerns about this, please contact us
- Depositors may request a monthly updated list of permanent links to items in the repository
Status of content in the repository
- All items are held permanently by NTL
- Public access to an item may be interdicted under circumstances specified in section 6 of the Collection Development and Maintenance Policy
- In the case of the creation of a new or updated version of an item, please contact NTLDigitalSubmissions@dot.gov
