2017 TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASE OVERVIEW:
The 2017 Technology Showcase was an inaugural, half-day event that showcased technologies being developed at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) to encourage startup company formation, technology licensing, and collaborations. The 2017 Technology Showcase introduced the Frederick community to the regional technology development stakeholders, and highlighted available resources.
The event featured short technology summaries presented by NCI and FNLCR innovators, and presentations from regional stakeholders involved with technology development and commercialization. An interactive poster session by innovators and technology ambassadors occurred concurrently, and there were opportunities for networking throughout the event.
