One-Time Building Access Request Form for 60 Garden Street (will be submitted to Andrea Moore for her review & approval)
- When on campus, please be completing Crimson Clear prior to entering any buildings. Attestation must be completed prior to every visit.
- Winter Recess: OSP Pre-Award Deadlines: all Action Items that would take place over Winter Recess should be locked & routed by no later than Friday, December 11, 2020, at 9:00am.

- AP Winter Recess Deadlines: please check out our Procurement page for HCOM/B2P deadlines in regards to Winter Recess
- CONCUR Winter Recess Deadlines: please submit any pending charges in Concur by Friday, 12/11 so that they can be approved prior to break and avoid any Citibank Corporate Card late fees.
- Winter Recess Early PeopleSoft Time Entry: please be sure to enter your hours for weeks ending 12/19, 12/26, and 01/02 by no later than 4 PM on Tuesday, 12/15.
