ECHO is enhanced periodically with minor improvements that may not be illustrated in the video tutorials. During the summer of 2018, ECHO's home page was redesigned to simplify and improve access to many features. Read the ECHO Quick Start Guide for more information about features that are directly accessible from the home page. In addition, styling updates were made to both modernize ECHO and provide a more consistent experience across EPA and other government digital services. Beyond the home page, the content and features of ECHO remain the same and should not affect the instructions presented in the tutorials.
