Lane Genatowski is the Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), responsible for oversight and leadership of the Agency.

Shane Kosinski is the Deputy Director for Operations for the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), responsible for oversight and operations of the mission of ARPA-E as well as all ARPA-E programs.
Dr. Jennifer Gerbi currently serves as the Deputy Director for Technology at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Dr. Gerbi leads the technical staff in the development, launch, and execution of high-risk, high-reward energy R&D programs. Her programmatic focus at ARPA-E includes improving energy efficiency and management of buildings via advanced sensing systems and storage, novel insulating materials for windows, as well as renewable energy generation via photovoltaics.
Dr. Isik C. Kizilyalli currently serves as the Associate Director for Technology at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). In this role, Dr. Kizilyalli supports the Deputy Director for Technology in oversight of all technology issues relating to ARPA-E’s programs as well as assisting with program development, Program Director and Fellow recruitment, and coordinating project management across the Agency.
Dr. James Zahler currently serves as the Associate Director for Technology-to-Market at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he is responsible for oversight of all Technology-to-Market activities.
Dr. Patrick McGrath currently serves as the Chief Scientific Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), providing strategic support and guidance in program formation and technology transition.
Hunter Faseler is a Special Advisor at the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) and is responsible for strategic outreach to industry associations and potential investors as well as legislative and executive branch contacts.
Pranay K. Udutha is the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he is responsible for strategic outreach to venture capital, industry investors, and corporate partners. He also maintains relationships with Congressional and executive branch leaders to further ARPA-E’s mission.
Dr. Madhav Acharya currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps prepare innovative energy technologies for transition from the lab to the market. His focus at ARPA-E includes conversion of renewable energy into carbon neutral liquid fuels, low carbon cements and direct methane conversion to hydrogen and carbon.
