Model output submission instructions
Step1: Select postprocessing diagnostics applicable to your model
- On the model output submission interface provide your name, e-mail and model name
- Set the unique run identifier (to distinguish this run of your model from other runs of the same model) and submission number (for multiple submissions per day)
- Select the test case and applicable diagnostics
- Make your submission. You should then receive DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on uploading your model output files to the CCMC anonymous ftp server. The CCMC will be notified of your selected diagnostics.
Step 2: Upload model output files to the ftp server
- According to the instructions you receive, prepare your data cube and the accompanying ASCII text file with the list of the key model attributes which can include grid size, values of any key tunable parameters, etc., and information about the test case.
- Upload the files to the CCMC anonymous ftp server hanna.ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov
You will receive the notification email once the postprocessing diagnostics are available for viewing. The viewing interface is still being developed, so this might take some time.
