Giving Back

At Fannie Mae, serving is a part of our culture. We encourage all employees to participate in our SERVE (Serving, Engaged, and Ready to Volunteer Employees) program of community volunteer opportunities. Full-time, eligible employees have the option to use 10 hours each month of volunteer leave, to travel for a week to participate in disaster response work, or to join our annual 7 Days to SERVE effort by volunteering at a charity or nonprofit. SERVE gives you many ways to give back to your communities.
