Virginia’s Health is in Your Hands. Do your part, stop the spread.

We need everyone’s help to stop the spread. Individuals, communities, businesses, and healthcare organizations all play an important role in slowing the spread of COVID-19.
Wash your hands often, stay at least 6 feet apart from others, wear a mask in public settings, stay home if you are sick, and disinfect high-touch surfaces often. These are all very important ways to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Stay in your home from midnight to 5:00 a.m. Only leave your home during this time for essential activities, including seeking medical care, obtaining food and goods, and traveling to and from work. These are requirements of the modified Stay at Home Order as of December 14.
All Virginians should limit indoor and outdoor in-person gatherings to no more than 10 people. Continue to practice physical distancing and avoid mass gatherings and crowded places.
As of December 14, Governor Northam expanded the mask mandate to require that all Virginians aged 5 years and older wear masks in indoor settings shared with other people outside of their household and when outdoors within 6 feet of another person.
