In this month’s episode we take you to Alaska, where the day light may be short, but the work continues as the Alaska District is busy remediating a Formerly Used Defense Site in Kodiak Island. More information on FUDS can be found at www.fuds.mil

Two districts give us a behind the scenes look into their dams as The Pittsburgh District, and Omaha District perform annual inspections on their facilities. Meanwhile, the Little Rock District is busy working on recovery efforts at their Toad Suck Park recreation area, which was damaged from flood waters in 2019.

The Walla Walla District is repurposing a native plant for use as erosion control and lastly, our friends with the American Forces Network, highlight one of our engineer officers who is deployed overseas with the Middle East District.
