Web Access – Section 508

The OFR is committed to making its information and communication technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Section 508 requires agencies to provide individuals with disabilities access to electronic and information technology and data comparable to the access obtainable by individuals without disabilities unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the agency. The OFR is equally committed to providing an excellent user experience to all users regardless of disability. In order to ensure that OFR is able to effectively serve all users, we frequently review our website to make sure that it is accessible, and we welcome your feedback on how we can make it better.

Equal Access to OFR Programs – Section 504

The OFR also complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires that OFR activities and programs be accessible to members of the public with disabilities. If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in an OFR program or activity, please contact Ms. Marcia Small Bowman, U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Civil Rights and Diversity, at marcia.smallbowman@treasury.gov. The OFR will strive to provide, but cannot guarantee, that accommodation will be provided for late requests. We appreciate your feedback in helping us to make FinancialResearch.gov as accessible as possible. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination based on your disability, you may write to:
