Local Jurisdictions

At each jurisdiction's discretion, the information can be displayed in any clear, concise format and must include an executive summary that communicates the key elements of the plan to citizens. The executive summary must include the objectives and outcomes identified in the plan and an evaluation of past performance. Two versions of Table 1C, 2C, and 3A (Summary of Specific Objectives) are being provided to help jurisdictions incorporate specific objectives and outcome measures in their strategic plan and action plan. Jurisdictions are encouraged to submit all required elements of the plan (including tables and narratives) to HUD in an electronic format.
