United States
The BAC limit for federal lands varies depending on the location of the property and the entity that regulates it. Additional relevant Federal law relates a requirement that each State pass a per se 0.08 BAC limit or lose a portion of Federal highway funds beginning in fiscal year 2004, and an incentive grant program for States that move toward adoption and enforcement of stricter BAC laws. For more information on these provisions, including citations and relevant statutory and regulatory language, please see Federal Law for this policy topic. | 1/1/2019 | 0.00 |
