Locating Publications & Resources

  • Search Publications — Search hundreds of publications from OVC and publications relevant to the victim services field from partner offices and bureaus within the Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
  • Find Resources by Topic — Find resources of all types by topic. The consolidated resources span documents, multimedia, related links, frequently asked questions, solicitations, and more.
  • OVC Publication Archive — Many older materials have moved. If you can't find an OVC publication, visit the Publication Archive. Please note that these materials are being provided for reference purposes only and are no longer being maintained.
  • OVC Resource Center — To expand your search to include materials from other agencies and organizations, visit the OVC Resource Center website, operated by the National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS). The NCJRS library collection contains more than 30,000 resources relevant to the victim services field.
