New HCUP Software Tools Tutorial (12/17/20)
  • AHRQ has released the HCUP Software Tools Tutorial. This new tutorial introduces users to the HCUP software tools. Users will learn about the purpose of each tool and receive technical guidance for applying the tools to their data.
The 2018 Nationwide Readmissions Database (NRD) and the Nationwide Ambulatory Surgery Sample (NASS) are now available (12/9/20)
Fast Stats Data Update (12/9/20)
  • AHRQ has released new information in HCUP Fast Stats, The State Trends in Hospital Use by Payer topic has been updated to add emergency department (ED) data for two new States (Colorado and Mississippi) and to add 2018, 2019, and 2020 quarter 1 data, when available, for up to 30 States for inpatient care and 21 States for ED care.
