- CanQues The Cancer Query Systems (CanQues) are applications that provide access to cancer statistics stored in online databases.
- CanStat Animator The Cancer Statistics Animator (CanStat Animator) is a tool that allows users to animate cancer trends over time by cancer site and cause of death, race, and sex.
- CI*Rank The Confidence Intervals for Ranks (CI*Rank) website presents confidence intervals for ranks of age-adjusted US cancer incidence and mortality rates by geographic region. Confidence intervals for ranks of age-adjusted US mortality rates for other causes of death are also provided.
- Classification of Laws Associated with School Students Classification of Laws Associated with School Students (CLASS) is a scoring system that monitors and evaluates state-level school physical education and nutrition policies that have been codified into law. - Grid-Enabled Measures The Grid-Enabled Measures (GEM) site is a dynamic web-based collaboration tool that includes a repository of scientific measures organized by theoretical constructs. GEM is designed to enable users to come to agreement on the use of common measures using crowdsourcing to achieve insights on optimal measurement strategies. GEM can also be used to disseminate results of consensus initiatives for use by other researchers, practitioners, and clinicians.
- HD*Calc The Health Disparities Calculator (HD*Calc) is designed to generate multiple summary measures to evaluate and monitor health disparities. The HD*Calc statistical software can be used either as an extension of SEER*Stat—allowing users to import Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) data—or with other population-based health data.
- HealthMeasures HealthMeasures is an online resource that provides access to four person-centered measurement systems developed and validated with support from NIH, including the Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System® (PROMIS®).
- Healthy Eating Index The Healthy Eating Index (HEI) is a measure of diet quality, independent of quantity, that can be used to assess compliance with the US Dietary Guidelines for Americans and monitor changes in dietary patterns.

- Patient-Reported Outcomes version of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events The NCI Patient Reported Outcomes-Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (PRO-CTCAE) is a patient-reported outcome measurement system developed to evaluate symptomatic toxicity in patients on cancer clinical trials. It was designed to be used as a companion to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE), the standard lexicon for adverse event reporting in cancer trials. PRO-CTCAE includes an item library of 124 items representing 78 symptomatic toxicities drawn from the CTCAE.
- Small Area Estimates for Cancer Risk Factors & Screening Behaviors Model-based estimates for states, counties, and health service areas have been developed based on two surveys, the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS). The two surveys are combined using novel statistical methodology.
- SEER*Explorer SEER*Explorer is an interactive website to provide easy access to a wide range of SEER cancer statistics. It provides detailed statistics for a cancer site by gender, race, calendar year, age, and for a selected number of cancer sites, by stage and histology.
