Daily Appraiser/AMC Registry email notice provides:
(1) a list of appraisers/AMCs that State agencies have taken disciplinary actions against (for appraisers, this includes revocations, suspensions, and voluntary surrenders in lieu of discipline; for AMCs, this includes any action impacting the AMCs ability to conduct business);
(2) a report of expired appraiser licenses and certifications; and
(3) a report of expired AMC registrations.
