Who We Are

The Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center exists to help organizations and tribes start, sustain, or grow their anti-trafficking work. The Center’s free services are intended to provide immediate and sustainable benefits to organizations and Tribal Nations with minimal demands on their time. The Center is a coaching and development hub.

Our Work

The Center assists organizations and tribes with: (1) building their capacity to aid all trafficking victims, (2) navigating the broad range of resources available to support their missions, and (3) strengthening human trafficking service networks.

Build Capacity

The Center offers personal coaching from topical experts to identify and address capacity building areas such as financial management, staff development and succession planning, governance, community partnerships, and victim services.

Navigate Resources

The Center shares information on available human trafficking grants from the Office for Victims of Crime and other financial resources to support an organization’s work serving all victims of human trafficking.

Strengthen Networks

The Center assists with building local networks to increase victim identification and offer a more comprehensive response to victim needs.
