Pathways Programs Handbook The purpose of the handbook is to provide practical guidance to agency personnel responsible for the implementation and/or administration of the Pathways Programs. PMF Reimbursement Process for Agencies

These are instructions on how to submit reimbursement for an initial PMF appointment and using the FS Forms 7600 A & B; the forms can be found below. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form and updated on 06/08/2020.

FS Form 7600A (General Terms and Conditions (GT&C), Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements)

This is form 1-of-2 used by agencies to submit reimbursement for an initial PMF appointment. The FS Form 7600A is mandatory in establishing an Interagency Agreement (IAA) and must be completed and on file before the 7600B can be executed. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form and updated on 06/08/2020.

FS Form 7600B (Order Requirements and Funding Information (Order) for PMF Reimbursements)

This is form 2-of-2 used by agencies to submit reimbursement for an initial PMF appointment. The FS Form 7600B is the funding section of the Interagency Agreement (IAA) that creates the fiscal obligation and only valid if the 7600A has been completed and on file. PMF Form 1301, PMF Participant Agreement

This is an optional form for the PMF Participant Agreement. Appointing agencies may customize to fit their program requirements. This is a fillable Adobe (.pdf) form last updated 08/2017.

OPM Form 1302, PMF Individual Development Plan (IDP) This is an optional form that Fellows and agencies may use for a Fellow's IDP (Individual Development Plan). This is a fillable Adobe (.pdf) form last updated 08/2017. Adobe Acrobat Version [262 KB]

OPM Form 1305, PMF Appointment Eligibility Extension Request Form As of 01/2020, the OPM Form 1305 has been discontinued as the process for Appointment Eligibility Extensions has been integrated into the PMF TMS (Talent Management System). OPM Form 1306, PMF Appointment Intake Form This is an optional form that Finalists can use for initial appointments or updates, or Fellows to use for updates and reappointments. Sample PMF Rotation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) This is a sample MOU for Fellows and agencies to use when performing a rotation (e.g., developmental assignment or rotation). This sample should be tailored to meet the needs of the specific assignment and agency policies. Fellows should consult with their Supervisor and/or Agency PMF Coordinator for assistance. Application Criteria

This document identifies some of the criteria presented to applicants during the annual PMF application process and for Federal agencies when searching current Finalists in the PMF TMS (Talent Management System) on (1) a list of degrees, (2) a list of additional skills, and (3) a list of languages. Army CAA 2020 Finalists Information Guide This document is the Army's Center for Army Analysis Information Guide for Class of 2020 Finalists.
