We heard your feedback, and are glad to announce that Pay.gov will now allow customers to schedule deferred (“future-dated”) ACH Debit payments. The update will take effect on October 1, 2020.
If you need to cancel a payment, contact your account representative immediately. Cancellation requests made within 2 days from the scheduled payment date cannot be processed. If a payment has been sent for settlement, you will need to contact your financial institution to cancel it. If you cancel a payment through your financial institution, any assessed fees will be your responsibility.
Account representatives are available to assist Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, except Federal Holidays.
