Harry Bergmann is an Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) fellow with the Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office (BTO), where he manages the Building Energy Data project portfolio. Prior to joining DOE, Harry was with The Energy Coalition, supporting local government agencies with identifying, financing, and implementing energy-efficiency improvements in public assets through the Southern California Regional Energy Network program. Harry has a master's degree in environmental science and management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a bachelor’s degree in geography from the George Washington University.
