Work with Job Corps

Job Corps is committed to creating a healthy workplace that supports our employees and maximizes individual potential. With our many locations throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico, you can work virtually anywhere in the nation.

Equal Employment Opportunity

All qualified candidates will receive consideration for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, sexual orientation, or other non-merit factors.

Employment Opportunities at Job Corps Centers

Job Corps operations are fulfilled primarily through contracts between the U.S. Department of Labor and private-sector organizations. Those organizations post job vacancies through regular business and recruitment channels, including web-based recruitment platforms (e.g., Monster, Indeed, and others). Individuals interested in employment with Job Corps may conduct searches using those services, and using Job Corps as a key search term.

Other Employment Opportunities

Other Job Corps operations are fulfilled through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, a federal agency. Federal jobs also are often identified through the same web-based recruitment platforms as those used by the private sector.

In addition, federal job vacancies are announced on the USAJOBS Web site, the primary web-based recruitment platform for federal employment, including vacancies within the U.S. Department of Labor and the USDA/Forest Service. Employment opportunities with the U.S. Department of Labor (Job Corps' parent agency) are listed at Job Opportunities at DOL.
