2019 State Compliance Review Findings

 

In 2019 the ASC completed 27 Compliance Reviews of State appraiser regulatory programs (Programs).  Of those Reviews 11 Programs were found to be "Excellent," 12 Programs were found to be "Good," and 4 Programs were found to be "Needs Improvement," no Program was found to be "Not Satisfactory" and no Programs were found to be "Poor."  For the definitions of ASC Findings click here.
