      regarding the ER pariking lot: All the spaces are for handicapped. If some one drops off a patient at the ER door they have to find a parking space way over in the other parking lots. This driver may not be officially handicapped but still not able to make that walk. Especially if valet parking is closed.

      If the Patient Advocate is not a full time employee, then hire one. It they are, then ensure they know their job and have information to answer all questions. "I don't know" and "I can't help you" are not acceptible answers.
