Brenda Moore Pavoliniregarding the ER pariking lot: All the spaces are for handicapped. If some one drops off a patient at the ER door they have to find a parking space way over in the other parking lots. This driver may not be officially handicapped but still not able to make that walk. Especially if valet parking is closed.about a month ago
