PBGC asks for public comment when publishing proposed rule, proposed information collections (e.g., forms, filings, notices, and surveys), or when asking for general feedback on a particular issue or PBGC program, such as through a request for information (RFI). This page lists all current documents published in the Federal Register with open comment periods. 

To be assured of consideration, comments must be submitted by the date specified in the notice. Comments received will be posted without change to PBGC’s Pending Proposed Rules page or Paperwork Notices page, including any personal information provided.
