Not all reports of fraud, waste and abuse are Whistleblower complaints. Federal employees, Federal contractors and grantees have certain Whistleblower rights and protections against retaliation for a previously reported disclosure. If you are not covered as a Whistleblower you can still submit a report to the OIG Hotline. You may submit anonymously or ask for confidentiality.
