This charter was filed with the Library of Congress, the House Committee on Financial Services, the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, and the General Services Administration’s Committee Management Secretariat’s Office on February 18, 2014. An amended Charter was filed on June 18, 2014 and can be found here.

The ASCAC Balanced Membership Plan was amended on June 18, 2014 and can be found here. The original ASCAC Balanced Membership Plan can be found here. By appointing representatives across the broad range of industry participants as required by statute, the ASC expects to hear diverse viewpoints as well as benefit from members’ high level practical expertise in the appraiser regulatory framework.
