SERDP and ESTCP support research and demonstration projects performed by universities, industry, and government organizations. Investigator requirements are structured to maximize return on investments and ensure a project’s efforts and results are widely disseminated, while minimizing the reporting burden. The reporting requirements and guidance documents have been designed to achieve these objectives.

SERDP and ESTCP investigators are also encouraged to report the results of their work through peer reviewed literature, independent of these requirements.
