Commission Policy

In an effort to reflect current procurement and disability policy and practice as well as improve agency transparency, the, U.S. AbilityOne Commission (Commission) is updating its policy memoranda. Commission policy 51.101, AbilityOne Program Policy System dated August 23, 2012, provides an overview of the Commission’s new policy framework.

Policy Memoranda

All existing policy memoranda shall remain in effect until the publication’s replacement policy is published.

Federal Register Notices

Published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other Presidential documents. Committee (Commission) notices, including proposed additions and deletions to the Procurement List, as well as all final actions approved by the Committee (Commission), are published in the Federal Register on Fridays.
