Physical activity has important health benefits during and after pregnancy. But lots of things can get in the way — like busy schedules and conflicting advice about what’s safe. The Move Your Way® campaign can help your pregnant and postpartum audiences find the facts and tips they need to get active.

The Pregnancy Fact Sheet has information about the benefits of regular physical activity during pregnancy, tips to help people choose safe activities, and questions for the doctor.

The Postpartum Fact Sheet has information about the benefits of regular physical activity after having a baby, tips for finding time to get active, and questions for the doctor.
