Royalty Claims

The Copyright Royalty Board requires claimants to file claims to cable and satellite retransmission royalty fees online in eCRB at https://app.crb.gov.

Claims filers whose eCRB accounts may have become locked due to inactivity, must contact eCRB support during business hours well before the deadline to reactivate their accounts.

Online claims filing is available only during the filing period. The filing period for 2020 DART claims is Jan 1, 2021, through February 28, 2021.
