The attachment is guidance for retailers or entities that partner with retailers to offer incentives to SNAP households at SNAP authorized firms. As required under Section 2008 of the 2018 Farm Bill, this document provides guidance to SNAP authorized stores on incentives and the process on how authorized stores can seek approval from FNS to offer incentives to encourage SNAP participants to purchase healthier food items.
