2015 Kayenta Mine Permit Renewal

Peabody Western Coal Company (PWCC) submitted a permit renewal application to the Office of Surfacing Mining Reclamation and Enforcement Western Region (OSMRE). The permit renewal application proposes to renew Permit AZ-0001E for an additional five years pursuant of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 30 Subchapter E, Part 750, 773 and 774.
