Payroll Applications

The following applications are only available to client agencies of the GSA Payroll Accounting and Reporting System (PAR). These sites require sign in with username and password.

Business Objects Enterprise Reporting (formerly HARP) for Payroll Reports
Business Objects is a web based application that contains biweekly payroll reports produced by the PAR system for GSA and client agencies use.

Employee Express (EEX) hosted by OPM
Employee Express allows GSA and client agency employees to view their biweekly pay and leave information online and to make changes to their payroll information. Employees may also access their IRS Form W2s and Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095C forms.
