The Mitigation eGrants (MT eGrants) system is used to manage federal non-disaster grants (Flood Mitigation Assistance and Pre-Disaster Mitigation) that were awarded in fiscal year 2019 and earlier.

To access eGrants, contact your FEMA regional office to obtain the special Access ID (access code) that will allow you to create your User ID and password and to request access to eGrants.
