TTB Online Account Log In and Password Issues

If you are having trouble registering for or accessing your account, please use these resources:

Permits Online

Register for account Change password* Unlock account

Reset forgotten/expired password* From the login screen, select the I've forgotten my password link and correctly answer the security question. Permits Online will send you an email with a temporary password. Log in using the temporary password, and immediately change your password.

*You cannot change your password if your account is locked.
