Prior to August 13, 2013, sequentially numbered transmittal letters, signed by our Commissioner, accompanied TFM chapter releases. These letters released new and revised chapters, provided instructions for the addition or substitution of material, and listed regulations (or published instructions) that were rescinded.

Since the implementation of the TFM website, publication information is located in the “What’s New” section of our website.
