Partners

Many public and private partners play an important role in helping parents meet the financial and emotional needs of their children.

  • Courts

Child support programs work with attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and family courts to deliver services at the local level.

  • International

As the U.S. central authority for international child support, we coordinate with families, states, and countries to seek support when family members live in different countries.

  • Financial Institutions

The federally mandated partnership between the child support program and the nation’s financial institutions helps states significantly increase collections for families.

  • Insurance Companies

We conduct the Insurance Match program with insurance companies or their agents, state workers’ compensation agencies, and the U.S. Department of Labor to collect past-due support.

  • Federal Partners

We partner with several federal agencies to help families connect to government benefit programs and to help states locate parents, establish and enforce orders, and collect child support.

  • Community-Based Partners

Child support programs work with community-based organizations to promote healthy families and ensure the emotional and financial well-being of children.
