Health Care

By establishing and enforcing medical support orders, the child support program can assure that children have continuous, stable access to health care by requiring parents to obtain health care coverage or provide for their children’s health care needs.  We collaborate with private insurers, employers, Medicaid, CHIP, and state health insurance exchanges, to meet this goal.
