Coronavirus and USDA Service Center Status

We are committed to delivering USDA programs and services to America’s farmers and ranchers while taking safety measures in response to the coronavirus outbreak. USDA is using a phased, data-driven approach to determine which Service Centers are open for in-person appointments. County-level information on Service Center status will be updated regularly on this page via our Service Center Status Dashboard.

Service Center Status Updates

All USDA Service Centers are open for business, including those that restrict in-person visits or require appointments. All Service Center visitors wishing to conduct business with Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, or any other Service Center agency should call ahead and schedule an appointment. Service Centers that are open for appointments will pre-screen visitors based on health concerns or recent travel, and visitors must adhere to social distancing guidelines. Visitors are also required to wear a face covering during their appointment. Our program delivery staff will be in the office, and they will be working with our producers in the office, by phone, and using online tools.

USDA is using data to determine which Service Centers are open for in-person appointments. Use the above dashboard to check the current status of your local USDA Service Center. This data is updated as individual USDA Service Centers change status. Please check the status of your USDA Service Center before planning your next appointment.

We will continue to support flexibilities to producers and implement the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Securities (CARES) Act.
