Infrastructure Information Collection Division (IICD)

The Infrastructure Information Collection Division (IICD) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Infrastructure Security Division provides technology solutions for the collection, management, and visualization of the Nation’s critical infrastructure data. By providing Federal, State, and local governments with timely and actionable data, homeland security partners are able to make evidence-informed decisions to better prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural or man-made disasters. To manage and protect critical infrastructure information, IICD governs two interrelated programs: the Infrastructure Protection (IP) Gateway and the Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program

Infrastructure Protection (IP) Gateway

The IP Gateway is an Information Technology system that provides secure collection and sharing of protected critical infrastructure information (PCII).  The IP Gateway supports the CISA Infrastructure Security division mission to manage risk and enhance resilience through collaboration and information sharing within the critical infrastructure community.

Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program

The PCII Program protects sensitive and proprietary infrastructure information that is voluntarily shared with DHS for homeland security purposes only. By providing Congressionally Mandated protections on qualifying critical infrastructure information, the PCII Program ensures private sector partners, Federal, State, and local governments can share and access valuable information in a secure environment.
